Tickets will need to be presented to security on phone or print out version to gain access to the site and then shown once more at the box office in exchange for a wristband.
We operate a 4 tier ticket system, this simply means that the earlier you buy your ticket the cheaper it will be. The tiers of tickets are set when the festival goes on sale and progress through the tiers as tickets are sold, starting with Early Bird.
Tickets are non refundalbe. We can not help you sell your tickets, we are a tiny team and Citizen ticket is the agent who can help you with tickt enquiries. We have suggested TicketSwap as our ticket reseller. To download your PDF for Ticket Swap citizen ticket have said
If you are trying to list your Tickert Sellers Wild Wood ticket on TicketSwap, you can generate the required PDF yourself using the email containing your QR code.
Please follow these steps on a desktop or laptop computer:
Open the email containing your TicketSellers QR code.
Click the Print icon within your email provider (or press Ctrl+P on Windows / Cmd+P on Mac).
In the print settings window, change the destination/printer to ‘Save as PDF’.Save the file to your computer.
Once saved, you can upload this new PDF straight to TicketSwap to list your ticket.
Please note: If you have uploaded a PDF containing multiple tickets but TicketSwap only recognises one barcode, please reach out directly to TicketSwap customer service. They will be able to assist you and help upload your remaining tickets manually.
TicketSwap only recognises one barcode so please use a free online pdf editor to crop the tickets so that its one barcode per pdf
Citizen Ticket ResaleAs Citizen Ticket utilises a single QR code system, if the seller sells their ticket and shares their QR code to the new buyer, that QR code still belongs to the original purchaser. This is especially an issue if the original purchaser still has tickets (for your event or others) in that wallet.
What we could recommend is instructing your resellers / TicketSwap to direct the original purchaser to transfer tickets via CT once purchased in the resale platform. This would be at the responsibility of the original purchaser to do so. This only works if you have transfers enabled for your tickets (which by the looks of it, you do).
