We want everyone to be able to come and experience Wild Wood.
Please note, some areas of the site are on difficult terrain as we are based in a woodland but most of the main areas are on a grass paths. We offer disabled parking and camping (closest to the festival entrance) – nothing is far here, it is a very small festival. Access toilets are available next to the other toilet blocks. Medical and welfare are available to everyone throughout the day and can store medicines that need to be kept cold.
We offer free Personal Assistant tickets for those who need assistance, please e-mail office@wildwoodfestival.co.uk about this with proof of your Pip.
The Local Area
Being so small we try not to impact on the local area in a negative way at all. We work hard to monitor all noise levels with expert acousticians throughout the live show to make sure we do not exceed acceptable standards. If you feel you are hearing too much noise then a noise complaints hotline number will be put here for the live show so you can call in with your poscode and one of our sound experts will drive out and measure the noise where you are.
We also try and employ as many local crew and businesses as possible to benefit the local economy, wether they be hotels, drink or food producers or general crew wanting to work on site . We also value highly ouyr applicatants for volunteering with an interest in events and wanting to learn.
If you are local to the festival within a 3 mile radius, you could qualify for a locals ticket. We have measured the areas which can be effected by the festival and if you live in Horseheath, Cardinals Green, Linton (the bottom half below the Balsham Road) or Bartlow. You will need to send 1 x driving license for each ticket as proof of address and you wil need to bring this with you to the festival as ID or you will not be allowed entry. Please e-mail office@wildwoodfestival.co.uk with your proof of address and hopefully we can go from there.
