Being so small we try not to impact on the local area in a negative way at all. We work hard to monitor all noise levels with expert acousticians throughout the live show to make sure we do not exceed acceptable standards. If you feel you are hearing too much noise then a noise complaints hotline number will be put here for the live show. Call in and give us your postcode and one of our sound experts will drive out and measure the noise in this area. This will b avaiable in the post event report or we can report back during the event. Of course if the noise is too high then all our stages will adjust their noise levels.

We also try and employ as many local crew and businesses as possible to benefit the local economy, wether they be hotels, drink or food producers or general crew wanting to work on site . We also value highly our local applicatants for volunteering with an interest in events and wanting to learn.

If you are local to the festival within a 3 mile radius, you could qualify for a locals ticket. We measure the areas which can be effected by the festival and if you live in Horseheath, Cardinals Green, Linton (the bottom half below the Balsham Road) or Bartlow you should qualify. Send an e-mail to guestlist@wildwoodfestival.co.uk with a scanned copy of your driving license as proof of address . You wil need to bring this with you to the festival as ID or you will not be allowed entry.
