Trading
Food Traders – Applications will be opening soon please check back
Although the majority of our traders return each year, we are always looking to invite new flavours into the fold. We pride ourselves on offering a range of mouthwatering meals for our attendees to enjoy. That said, we won’t just be focusing on your menu. We take great pride in the look and feel of the festival and we expect you to do the same with your food and pitch. Bonus points if you’re local to the area, use sustainable practices or provide fresh, nourishing food. Please check back as applications will be open soon.
Festival Fashion Traders – Deadline for all applications is 1st March 2025.
We are looking to offer a couple of pitches for traders that fit our magical, sparkly vibe. Take a look at our Instagram to see some of the wonders our crowd have worn in previous year. We’d love you to complete our Festival Fashion Trader Application Form if you think you’d be a good addition.
Volunteering
Be a Festival Volunteer – Deadline for all applications is 16th March 2025.
Become a valued member of the Wild Wood Team and earn a free ticket! Secure your spot with a refundable deposit, returned following completion of just 2 short shifts during the festival. Our shifts are only 4 hours long, scheduled between 9:30 am and 9:30 pm on Friday or Saturday, ensuring you never have to rise super early or miss a headliner. Ready to join us? Join Our Build/Break Team – Deadline for all applications is 16th March 2025.
Are you a carpenter, got a creative flair or handy with a set of tools? Maybe you’re a set painter, signwriter or fancy being a runner? Well we are looking for talented, enthusiastic and/or creative individuals to help us create the Wild Wood magic in the week leading up to the festival and the days after. To secure your spot, we request a deposit, which will be refunded upon completion of 3 days during the build and/or break. In return, enjoy 2 meals/day on your working days and the entire festival to dance to your heart’s content. Prior creative experience is preferred but not compulsory for our Build/Break Volunteers. Artists and Creatives
Art Installations, Immersive Experiences and Festival Fun – Deadline for all applications is 1st March 2025.
Contribute to the Festival Vibe and help transform our woods with unique art installations and out of the ordinary experiences! Previously, we’ve featured touring art installations and hosted intimate venues. As well as, collaborated with local artists, and supported art students in local colleges to pitch and showcase their ideas at our event. If you’re eager to be a part of this creative journey, please complete our Creative Application Form sharing as much information as possible to get involved.
