Kate Fluer Young

Sundown StageSunday

Kate Fleur Young comes to Wild Wood to present a special Summer Solstice ritual performance for the Sundown Stage at Wild Wood – an immersive electronic set moving between ambient worlds, crystal bowl frequencies, banging chants and transcendent vocal worlds.

Built and inspired by field recordings and energies from the sacred landscapes of the British Isles, Kate’s set acts as a transmission created in response to the environment, connecting listeners to the land through tracks where the ancient meets the future, with some even reviving the ancient Cornish language.

This performance will be a powerful celebration against the Solstice skies at sunset – a sonic ritual journey through landscape, memory and sound.
