Horseheath Racecourse, Linton, Cambs, CB21 4QP

The racecourse entrance is on the south side of the A1307 between Linton and Horseheath.  About half an hour South of Cambridge and off the M11 North of London.

Your SATNAV will lead you on the wrong side of the dual carriageway, but there is a crossing point to the entrance opposite. You should spot the road signs. The Wild Wood Disco is occupying a woodland in the middle of the site. Please follow the signs from the entrance.

To gain access to the site you will need to show your ticket barcode. This can be on your phone or on a print out. We have security at the gate on the access road so please be ready to show them your ticket here, and you will need it again at the box office to get your wristband. You will not gain access to the site without your ticket. Anyone found inside the event without a wristband will be removed.

Gates open at midday Friday for campers and access to the woodland is at 3pm

Gates open at 10am for campers, access to the woodland is from 9am for campers or 10am for day ticket holders.

Gates open at 9am Sunday to the woodland for campers and 10am for day ticket holders.

No alcohol is permitted into the Wild Wood (our fesival arena) that has not been purchased from one of our bars.  We have check points at the entrances.

If you are camping for the weekend you can bring 8 cans of beer/ spirit and mixer or equivalent decanted into none glass bottles.

There will be security on the box office who will confiscate alcohol if you attempt to bring it in to the woods as a day ticket holder. There must be absolutely no glass brought onsite at all, even in the car park or campsite. Horses and other animals will be on the grass soon after our event and it is a condition of our license that we stick to this- please help us with this.

This event is for over 18s only.

Challenge 25 is in place in our bars.

North and East London are only just over an hour away, Cambridge is half an hour away. The closest train station is Great Chesterford (on the London liverpool street to Cambridge line)?and takes 15 minutes in a car/taxi. Audley End is the next closest railway station and then Cambridge.

We do recommend using our Facebook event group to try and find taxi shares, an 8 seater taxi will cost £49 from central Cambridge and a 4 seater taxi will cost £39, some taxis from and to London cost as little as £100. It is not safe to walk to the site from any direction as the A1307 is a very busy road.

Shuttle buses run from Cambridge station and from Audley End are now live on our booking page

There is not a cash point onsite. All of our bars and traders accept card and many accept cash.  We have a cash queue at one of our bars too

We expect to be sold out by then and have no tickets on the door.

Toilets, access to drinking water and water to wash hands etc They’ll be at least one food trader serving day and night refreshements and breakfast. There will also be a small campsite shop selling essentials and cigarettes. We´re afraid no boom box or large sound systems on the campsite, we do expect tent parties especially as we have to shut at 2am but please do respect everyone around you and not have a rave.

No naked flames at all. We ask that campers leave by 11am on the Monday. We will provide rubbish bags at the campsite hub please put your rubbish in the bins provided or leave it at campsite entrance- this is much appreciated and really helps our clean up operation.

To book an express shower and sauna at the wandering spa for just £12,50 head to our bookings page

Head to our Forest Feast post to find out about our selection of food traders we always make sure we have a good selection including vegan and gluten free options.

Bring happy, smiley good vibes only. Don’t forget a water bottle to fill up at our drinking water points.

We were expecting to have water, you will see taps but they are not switched on!  We have had to make some last minute adjustments to our plan for showers and to run the spa and have water brought on site.  In the current situation of rising costs this is a huge blow to us, we are on a thin line of trying to make sure we are here in 2025. We now only have the showers in the spa, we are saving slots for people that want showers but there will be a small charge.  Please come and see us at the prodcuction office for info.
